There are no returns or exchange on masks unless items are damaged or defective upon receipt.
Defective/Damaged Items
If any items are damaged or defective when received, please return them for us to make it right for you. Contact us at support@pauseandbreathe.co with the following information before you return the items:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your address
- Your phone/mobile number
- Description and photo of the problem
Please DO NOT ship your return package before you have received a confirmation from us.
