The eight dimensions of Wellness are physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, and intellectual health. Our articles will mainly focus on the emotional, mental, social and physical dimensions. Wellness focuses on practicing healthy habits in order to attain better mental and physical health outcomes. Being occupied with stressors such as the pandemic, difficulties at home, school and many more makes us forget about taking care of ourselves.
