- Try to sleep and wake up at consistent times.
- Many people like to stay up or sleep in on days they have nowhere to be. However, it can affect you drastically. To improve sleep quality, try to be consistent with your sleeping and waking times.
- Relax in the evening
- There are many different ways to improve sleep quality before you go to bed. Although it sounds tempting, resist the temptation to go on your phone or any electronic device in general. Instead, try to read a book, do stretches, listen to music, meditation, the possibilities are endless!
